Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Drawing Projector ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Drawing Projector, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Drawing Projector is a drawing assistance tool that allows you to:

• Project images through your camera onto paper for tracing
• Display images on your screen for direct tracing
• Apply AI-powered style transformations to images
• Access a library of 100+ included drawing templates
• Create and manage personal drawing collections

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Free Plan: Includes access to camera and screen drawing modes, all template collections, and 2 personal photo imports. Free users receive 2 AI style credits.
• Premium Subscription: Unlocks unlimited personal photo imports, AI style application, image saving, and priority processing. Available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Credit Packs: Consumable in-app purchases that provide additional AI style transformation credits.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. AI Style Transformations

• AI style transformations consume credits. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The quality and output of AI transformations may vary. We do not guarantee specific results.
• Images submitted for AI processing are transmitted securely, processed, and immediately deleted.

5. Intellectual Property

• The app, including its design, code, templates, and content, is owned by Drawing Projector and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Template drawings included in the app are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Images you create or import remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the included drawing templates
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or credit restrictions
• Use the AI style feature to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

7. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• AI style transformations are dependent on third-party processing services and may occasionally be unavailable.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally on your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drawing Projector and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
